210+-160 or less? 1 year, over 50 pounds down!! 
 i’ve been on this journey for exactly 1 year now! Crazy!! I’ve had my ups and my downs. Ive given up and i’ve gotten right back on the horse. This journey helped me conquer depression, gave me self confidence ive never had in my entire life, allowed me to open up to new experiences and new friends, and introduced me to the loves of my life - myself (first and foremost) and my wonderful boyfriend. If someone were to tell me that this weight loss and fitness was going to do this much for me i wouldn’t have believed it. It’s really the best thing ive ever done. I went from being a home body who stayed to herself, to a boxer, a dancer, an athlete, and a very social person. Thank you to everyone who has been there for me on this site so far. I love you all very much.
